We answer all calls in the order that they come in. In some cases it may be 24 to 48 hours before someone will contact you, if you leave a message. If you are a Contractor, Artist, or Architect with a planed lighting project, we need a "Top-Down & Side View" of where you wish light to be and where you plan to place a light unit. This needs to be faxed to us with name and number on sheet. Please call us for Fax number. If you have a project that needs to be done on the 20th, you better be ordering your products on the 5th, we are not responsible for customer delays, and can only ship what is in stock. Please Note it may 1 or 2 days before someone calls you back due to high Faxes coming in!!
We are like a hardware store of lighting so please if you have a art project or Invention, you need to E-mail DO NOT SEND FILES OVER 300kb or they will be trashed by our server !! Or fax us with what you have in mind. Our Operators CAN ONLY take your item order, not discuss projects without a drawing !!
We carry 5 Different lighting materials here: LEDs, Fiber Optics, Cold Cathode, Phosphorous Wire, and Standard Incandescent Lighting. Please read an know the difference between them when ordering your items.
We do not sign non-disclosure forms, we promise not to disclose any information about your ideas to anyone, we will help you design and get your products selling.
