Please read fully before purchasing any item from Fiber Optic Products, Inc.

 We want your satisfaction, so we offer a 10-day money back guarantee with some restrictions.

We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for the following items & products: Sideglow cable, Endglow cable, Unjacketed Fibers, Jacketed Fibers. 



Light units, Led units, Tools, and Connectors can be returned if in unused and same condition. Fiber Optic Cables cannot be returned for resale, all cables and fiber once cut are not re-saleable, Once Cut You Own It!  Defective merchandise will be replaced. In order for your merchandise return and/or refund to be processed, you must get a RA (Return Authorization) number within 5 days of delivery confirmation of your order. Please contact us via e-mail at by clicking on the COPYRIGHT at the bottom of any page if you have any Problems.

The purchaser is responsible for knowing all Fire and safety laws if installing in areas that the public will enter, if you purchase items and they do not pass codes then it is not FOP's fault, you must check before purchasing items, call us if you have questions. No refunds available in these cases. !!!

Please be aware that if you cancel an order you WILL be responsible for restocking fees and/or shipping charges, including charges for return shipping. Cancelled orders are subject to a  35% restocking fee.  Orders cancelled within 24hours of order placement will not be subject to restocking fees however this does not apply to orders with Express Shipping and Handling.

Light Units and Electrical Circuits must be returned no later then 3 days after receipt if you find item is not what you wish.  

All Special Soldered projects are NON REFUNDABLE.

All orders over $180 will require an adult signature for delivery. Please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for your package during normal shipping hours for your area. Addresses are verified prior to shipment. If we are unable to verify a viable shipping address your order may not be processed. Please provide an accurate e-mail address so that we may contact you with any questions about your order. Please read the Shipping Page for charges added to card at time of order.

If you receive damaged merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from Return Department within 2 days of receipt of your order. Specify clearly the reason for refusal. We will exchange returned merchandise for the dollar amount within 7 days returned items. Proof of mailing is advised, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the mailing. Postage is non-refundable. The merchandise, including packing and wrapping material, being returned should be in the same condition as when you received them.

We will do our best to resolve any problems or concerns you have with any product.

Most products carried by FOP are UL listed some items are not! By purchasing products from FOP you are releasing Fop from any damages caused from the product. Fiber Optic Products, Inc, will not be held accountable for any damages caused from any product or mis-installation and must be taken up with products manufacture.


Do not use plastic fibers where it will be in contact inside Human bodies, or Food. Do not exceed temperatures of 200C. Do not use Phthalate or any plasticizers that will melt or damage the optical properties of the fiber. The fibers contain Fluorocarbon resin, do not incinerate or consume.

All sale merchandise is final sale.

All returned shipments will result in a 25% to 35% restocking charge plus freight cost incurred. Charges will be billed to your credit card or other payment methods immediately.

All orders must be pre-paid before shipping. This can be done by Visa, MasterCard, AX, Discover, Money Order, Checks or Cash. If payment is made by check, the order will be held until the check clears.

Customer is responsible for duties shipping out of USA.

Due to economic problems in the world we have to issue this policy in order to stay in business, we are sorry if it seems tight but you have to do what you have to due !

There is a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.
