Solar Powered Gear Motor & Panel

Complete solar power setup for hundreds of solar powered devices. Consists of a fully enclosed 4.8" x 1.75" mini 6VDC lightweight solar panel and a powerful gear-drive motor which has a 1.14"Dia. pulley mounted to its shaft. When the panel is exposed to sunlight the pulley rotates at about 30RPM and has a good amount of torque from the built in gearhead. Size of gearhead about 2.65"L x 1.18"H x .68"Thick (excluding motor length which makes the whole assembly about 1.85"Thick). Simple to use -just connect to two wires from solar panel to two wires from gearhead motor and then connect a rubber band or "O" ring over pulley and your wheel or item you wish to drive.

Perfect for Robotic projects or Science experiments.

You get both solar panel and gearhead drive with pulley.

Standard DC Gear motors you pick RPM and Voltage !!

3Vdc to 12vdc 12 RPM to 45 RPM

Low cost gearhead motor has a good amount of torque and can operate from 3VDC up to 12VDC. This motor has been removed from new equipment and to use it you will need to cut off or un-solder the 4 diodes connected to the motor terminals. You will also want to remove a tiny pushbutton on the front plate of the gearhead. Size is about 3.25"L (excluding shaft) and diameter (of gearhead) about 1.73". Speed at 3VDC about 12RPM and about 45RPM at 12VDC. The shaft is .24"sq. x .22"H nylon with a hole in center of shaft that goes in about .125". The faceplate is about 2.25" x 2". These are a little louder than most gearheads but they do work nicely, are fully reversible in direction (after diodes are removed) and are very low cost!

3Vdc to 12vdc 12 RPM to 45 RPM

Cyclic AC Timer

The TIME CYCLES

FOP's New TIME CYCLES is the perfect timer for short time cyclic On-Off Hydroponic watering systems. Time can be set for independent On, and Independent Off time.

Time Settings:

ON TIME 120 VAC:  5-10-20-40 Seconds

OFF TIME 120 VAC: 5-10-20-40 Minutes

You can change those times by flipping the dip switches on the back of the unit, and add more or less time. Ex: Flip up Dip 1 and Dip 3 and you will get 25 total on or off times.

We have added a small led to the front of the timer to indicate  when the time is close to end of cycle, the faster it blinks then end of cycle is near.

Uses:  Hydroponics, Aeroponics, Fogponics, Robotics, Gardens, Lighting Controls, Motors, and More.

Unit measures:

4-1/8 High x 2-1/4" Wide x 2-5/8" Deep. Voltage is 120 VAC 60Hz Input, and Output. @ 10 Amps Resistive Load but only 3 Amps Inductive Load.
